Job Title: Customer Service Centre Agent
Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam
This position is responsible in delivering outstanding customer service through different communication platforms while ensuring that the company service standards are met as well as providing enhanced customer experience.
Job Summary
- Perform all CSC admin tasks in professional and timely manner
- Ensure that tasks are completed within deadline
- Assist the team on their day-to-day queries relating to admin matters
- Support different areas in CSC when required
- Attend to general enquiries from both internal and external customers
- Provide support during times of emergency or disruptions
- Contribute ideas and suggestions where applicable (not limiting to daily tasks)
- Ensure that RB blueprint is adhered to
- Perform all tasks with accuracy by paying attention to guidelines and SOP to minimize errors
- Support all company related events & initiatives
- Support strategies and missions of the department
- Comply to the service standards in delivering exceptional customer service
- Act in an appropriate manner that reflects the corporate image of RB and its stakeholders
Requirements
- Applicants should have at least 4 “O” Level with credit in Mathematics, Geography and English
- IT proficient and customer oriented with the ability to respond promptly to the needs of the customer
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Willing to learn and can adapt easily to changing requirements
- Flexible to work on shifts
- Ability to work well under pressure
- 3-4 years of experience in the airline industry would be an advantage
