Job Description
- Provide comprehensive support to the Sales team in implementing commercial strategies, coordinating promotional activities, managing customer and agency communications, and ensuring administrative operations.
- This role bridges the gap between field sales, HQ department in Sales/Marketing/RM/Pricing, ensuring sales team is equipped with relevant tools, data and proposals to help achieve sales targets and marketing objectives effectively.
Job Accountabilities
- Assist in the completion of marketing proposals, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising efforts across various channels
- Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks such as preparing/analyzing sales reports, tracking agency productivity/market performance, updating databases, and following up with travel agents and corporate clients
- Assist in organizing and attending trade events, trade fairs, roadshows, and corporate presentations. Coordinate with external vendors, media and suppliers for marketing materials and event logistics. Assist and arrange set up, activation and breakdown at events, trade fairs, roadshows and corporate presentations as required
- Respond and handle the fulfillment to general trade inquiries related to flight schedule, group bookings, and promotions. Fulfill group handling, quoting to ticketing, under strict KPI tracking.
- Monitor fare trends, competitor pricing and market dynamics, propose tactical fare initiatives in support of sales campaigns.
- Assist in compiling fare proposals to be submitted to HQ for approvals and maintain a database of published/promotional fares.
- Support and preparation of commercial dashboards, agency reports, and adhoc sales reports.
- Update and maintain relevant databases held on agencies and clients / supporters and create and distribute fares, newsletters, updates, policies and procedures and others as required to Australia database.
- Assist and respond to BSP related enquiries, action refund calculations, review ADM/ACM/HX reporting and billing.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative support or business analysis role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
