Job Summary
Provides administrative and front desk support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsible for managing company vehicle administration, handling visitor reception, supporting HSE inductions, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage company vehicle bookings, servicing, and Vehicle Management System (VMS)
• Control and issue vehicle keys and maintain records
• Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors
• Handle calls, emails, and general correspondence
• Facilitate visitor HSE inductions and issue visitor passes
• Maintain visitor logs and access records
• Handle mail and deliveries
• Provide general administrative and coordination support
Job Requirements
• HNTec in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ administrative or receptionist experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic systems
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
