Job Title:  ARED Assistant Administrator

Bandar Seri Begawan , Brunei-M, Brunei Darussalam

Job Summary

As part of the Administration and Real Estate ("ARED") team, you are responsible for being the first point of contract with visitors and performs the general duties of operator and receptionist in esnuring the good imaged of the Company is well maintained. Additionally, to keep track of official correspondences and office stationery stock levels. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform front desk and telephone operator duties, including attending to visitors and incoming calls, determining purpose of visit or call, directing them to the appropriate staff or meeting rooms, and taking messages when necessary.

 

  • Accept and file incoming letters, documents and correspondence to respective files in order to maintain efficient document management.

 

  • Assist in coordinating Company events and activities, including logistics management.

 

  • Responsible to monitor stock card, process and distribute stationery upon requests to ensure maintenance of stock levels of office stationaries. 

Minimum Requirement

O’level or in equivalent field. Has 1 or 2 years working experience in clerical and administrative related position.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

 

  • Good professional verbal and written communication skills

 

  • Able to work with office software programmes including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, etc

 

  • Strong understanding of organisational dynamics
