Job Description

This role is responsible for providing various supports and executions of activities, critical on any Academy's deliverables and service excellence provisions. This encompasses (but not limiting to) course/programme developments and deliveries, facillitations and coordinations of any Academy-related activities, productions and administrations of development plans, et cetera for all Operation departments.

Responsibilities and Tasks

 

  • Collects, absorbs and researches relevant training/learning materials as required and instructed by Manager of Academy
  • Designs to support course developments and/or programme curations for Academy by working with relevant stakeholders as required including protecting these materials' copyright (IP) and licenses from initiation to beyond execution
  • Gathers training requirements information from each department under COO to supporting curations of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) approved by Manager of Academy
  • Delivers training-related activities such as processing training requests administratively, schedulings, attendances, feedbacks, testings and assessments including certifications and booking/usage of training/learning facilities, etc. as required
  • Manages training and development-related data and tracker by ensuring all are centralised and keyed in timely from time to time, including applying people analytics critical for Manager of Academy's insights
  • Identifies and reports any relevant issues pertaining to any training/learning activities, certifications, as well as any other Academy relevant issues to Manager of Academy
  • Actively supports any Academy initatives and drives especially those relevant to Academy's development in line with enhancement of its targeted stakeholders such as creation of Faculty on the Floor and its components
  • Delivers training occasionally especially in areas that the Analyst has sufficient certifications and/or experience in alleviating internal stakeholders by studying and familiarising with training plan, andragody, learning assessments, etc.
  • Supports management of Academy's virtual library of materials in Academy's chosen platform such as a depository and LMS, in ensuring valid and relevant contents to be facilitated for Stakeholders' learning
  • Delivers status report within acceptable intervals on major milestones achieved, delays and potential failures for review and mitigation actions and approvals as required by Manager of Academy from time to time
  • Engages stakeholders on behalf of Academy from time to time in ensuring Programme/Projects enhancement activities are adequately supported for delivery
  • Adheres to all UNN policies, department rules and regulations and maintenance of professionalism at all times as escalated from time to time from management of UNN

  • Knowledge of training evaluation, testing and assessment methodologies on all training

Area and Years of Experience

  • Management of multiple projects, learning programmes and concurrent training deliveries with 3 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience in an IT/Technical environment, ideally in the Telecommunication Industry with 3 years of experience
  • Development and curation of contents for training/learning or dissemination of information with 3 years of experience
  • Management of information and data professionally and efficiently for department with 3 years of experience
  • Training involvements and androgical applications in various settings be it learning or corporate with 3 years of experience

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, Analytics, Human Resources or relevant areas and equivalent working experience.
