We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Department.
The successful candidate will support the Accountant and Finance Manager in day-to-day financial operations, including document preparation, data entry, trade receivables, payment processing, and reconciliations.

Key Roles and Responsibilty
Assist in preparing and processing payment vouchers, invoices, and procurement documents
Record transactions in accounting systems accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain trade receivable records and assist with collection tracking
Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
Organise and file financial documents and reports
Support monthly closings, internal audits, and financial reporting
Liaise with other departments and vendors regarding payment or invoice queries
Assist the Accountant and Finance Manager with other tasks as required
