Job Title:  Asset & HSSE Manager

Job Description

Responsible at assisting the Chief Operation Officer in looking after Asset Management and HSSE Department that includes in daily monitoring of asset management, logistics and store management with documentation within department under Operations Division.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Drive strategic initiatives in Asset Management and HSSE as part of Operations transformation and manage routine supporting operations.

2. Manage, coordinate, monitor and work closely with Quality Management, maintenance team and employees across the operations to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively and aligning to organizational objectives.

3. Owns end to end project management and collaborate with various functions of the business for implementation of strategic and business improvement initiatives in Asset Management and HSSE Department.

4. Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency of Asset Management and HSSE Department throught the provision of effective methods and strategies in administration.

5. Propose improvements in processes and policies in support of organizational goals including identifying potential problems points to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency.

6. Reporting, monitoring and analyse Asset Management and HSSE Department performance and implement improvements.

7. Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services by facilitating coordination and communication between support functions.

8. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.

9. Implement and manage Asset Management and HSSE Department plans.

10. Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor.
