Job Description

Responsible in overseeing, managing and optimizing company’s assets. Responsible in the warehouse maintenance and the arrangement of assets in the warehouse. The role has to also ensure General Store & Asset Inventory stocks are above the minimum PAR level and sufficient for daily operation. Provide monthly report of the activities inclusive of any inactive items. Managing the disposal process. Aside from the daily operation, this role is also responsible in liaising with external party, vendors and service providers to ensure smooth and effective operation.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Documentation:

Review payment certificate for term contracts
Prepare & Review PR
Prepare monthly report

2. Inventory Management:

To ensure PAR level is at its optimum level
To produce PR planning for furniture and appliances

3. Vendor Management:

Monitor the performance of TCM as stipulated in the contract
Conducting VPR for term contracts once a year

4. Contract Management:

Preparing tender and quotation documentations and to make sure contracts are valid
Ensuring contractors/vendors are compliant with the contract.

5. General Store & Asset Inventory Management:

To ensure the stocks are at optimum level and to do a quarterly stock check
To actively check and review inventory for inactive items and provide recommendation
Planning for PR to ensure asset inventory does not fall below minimum PAR level
To manage disposal process and to ensure disposal is progressing

6. Logistic Management:

Oversee the maintenance of the company’s fleet to ensure its safety standards
To ensure the availability of fleet for operational use
To monitor the risk associated with fleet, such as availability, transportation delays and any other disruptions through proactive planning and contingency measures

7. Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor.

Major: Business Admin, Management or any related field

Area of Experience

Asset Management - 2 years or above
Vendor Management - 2 years or above
Contract Management - 2 years or above
Project Management - 2 years or above
