Job Title:  Assistant Manager, Asset Management & HSSE

Job Description

Responsible at assisting the Head of Operations Support in looking after Asset Management and HSSE Department that includes in daily monitoring of asset management, logistics and store management with documentation within department under Operations Support Division.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Drive strategic initiatives in Asset Management and HSSE as part of Operations transformation and manage routine supporting operations.
2. Manage, coordinate, monitor and work closely with employees across the operations to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively and aligning to organizational objectives.
3. Owns end to end project management and collaborate with various functions of the business for implementation of strategic and business improvement initiatives in Asset Management and HSSE Corporate.
4. Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency of Asset Management and HSSE Department throught the provision of effective methods and strategies in administration.
5. Propose improvements in processes and policies in support of organizational goals including identifying potential problems points to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency.
6. Reporting, monitoring and analyse Asset Management and HSSE performance and implement improvements.
7. Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services by facilitating coordination and communication between support functions.
8. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
9. Implement and manage Asset Management and HSSE Corporate plans.
10. Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor.

Education

Level of Qualification: Bachelors Degree

Major: Asset Management, Facilities Management, Occupational Safety & Health or other related

Preferred Professional Certification: Professional certifications in HSSE (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA). Asset management certification (e.g. ISO 55001 knowledge) - added advantage

Area of Experience

• Asset Management - 5 years or above
• HSSE - 5 years or above
• Facilities Management - 5 years or above
