As a Biz Ops Executive in the i-Ready program, you will gain hands-on experience in financial reconciliation, settlements, and operational processes. This role will equip you with essential skills in financial accuracy, transaction verification, and reporting, providing a strong foundation for a career in business operations and finance.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Clearing & Settlement Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile clearing and settlement accounts daily, ensuring all unmatched or outstanding entries are investigated and resolved.
  • Financial Transactions: Assist in processing and verifying daily financial transactions, including accounts receivable data.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report daily settlement account positions with merchants and vendors.
  • General Ledger Reconciliation: Support the team in performing general ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Month-End Closing: Contribute to the month-end closing process, assisting in preparing financial reports.

Relevant Experiences & Qualifications

  • Financial background or experience in customer service is an added advantage.
