Job Title:  Business Analyst

Job Summary

The business analyst will be at the forefront of the digital and innovation team, responsible for bridging the technical team by clearly understanding business requirements with other internal stakeholders for development. The main task of a business analyst is to document and analyse the whole functional requirement document.  The Functional Requirement Document embraces end-to-end user scoping confirmation, Epic Settings for development, end-to-end testing, and finally successful deployment. A business analyst is required minimally to facilitate and document through every journey of digital development.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and industry data to effectively identify the epics (scope) for development in order  to greatly support our digital initiatives.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, i.e., developers/technical teams and business/operational teams, through every step of development, from scoping to development until successful deployment. 
• Functional product verification against FRD to ensure all scoped functions are successfully deployed.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all projects.
• Update on daily Jira tickets.
• Update of weekly product listing from Jira tickets.
• To minute necessary user requirement meetings for each ticket raised.

Relevant Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics/Computer Science/Software Engineering or related fields
• Experience as a business analyst or in a similar role is an advantage
