Job Title: Business Development Assistant Manager

Position Summary
The Business Development Assistant Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the company through the identification and development of new business opportunities. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, expand the customer base, and build brand awareness. The Business Development Assistant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring that their needs area met.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
-Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
-Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure customer needs are met
-Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new leads and increase brand awareness
-Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
-Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
-Monitor financial report on services and activities and progress toward organization targets
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Education, Professional Qualification and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
-5 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or a related field
