Job Title:  Business Development Marketing Executive (i-Ready)

Job Description

Responsible for achieving sales targets through market intelligence, generation of new leads and new initiatives, and implementation of new reactivation projects. The Business Development executive focuses in achieving sales target for the financial year through the development of market intelligence reports to generate new leads and lead management for sales planning. The Business Development executive will also introduce new initiatives to help with sales and improve Armada branding, including analysis of potential clients and producing package proposals. They are also involved in the facilitation and implementation of new initiatives and reactivation projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Achieving Sales Target by:

  • Develop and maintain market intelligent reports.
  • Generate new leads and lead management for sales planning.
  • Introduce new initiatives to help with sales and improve Armada branding.
  • Conduct analysis of potential client and create package.

 

2. Strategic Projects by:

  • Facilitate and implement assigned reactivation projects, coordinate closely with key stakeholders and other relevant department to ensure project progress in accordance with timeline.
  • Formulate business proposal and financial projection for the assigned reactivation projects.
  • Secure commitments for assigned reactivation projects.

 

3. Other duties assigned:

  • Initiate, implement and contribute to new initiatives with other departments to enhance customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by line supervisor.

Education

Level of Qualification - Bachelor's Degree

Major - Business and Project Management

 

 

Area of Experience

Experience in business and project management - 2 years or above.

Proficiency in developing financial projection and possess sound commercial acumen - added advantage.

Strong decision-making, organisation and problem-solving skills - added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills - added advantage.
