Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall management of PosBru in line with the company’s mission, vision, and strategy. This position provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership, directing the management team to support business plans, operational requirements, and achievement of business objectives.

Job Description

  • Provide leadership on overall planning, development, coordination, and execution of short and long-term strategic plans by working with cross-functional stakeholders including employees, shareholders, government entities, and the public.
  • Lead the company’s establishment and long-term business growth through effective planning, management of assets, operational efficiency, and human resources.
  • Set and oversee the development of overall business objectives and ensure implementation of policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Take primary responsibility to report to the Board of Directors with accurate and timely information regarding overall performance including revenue generation, financials, planning, and budget compliance.
  • Plan and direct operational duties including oversight of operational performance and data.
  • Provide assessment guidance on governance, operational, and strategic decisions to ensure compliance and regulatory obligations are monitored and risks minimized.

Minimum Requirements

  •  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 10-15 years working experience in a leadership role. Experience in the postal or logistic industry is an added advantage.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities.
  • Strong business-to-business and business-to-client leadership attributes.
  • Good business acumen with sound sales, marketing, and financial knowledge.
