Job Description

Responsible for the Corporate Strategy and Asset Management Operations (Strategic Management, Strategic Business,Projects, and Operations Support)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Partner with the CEO to define and drive the organisation’s corporate vision, long-term strategy, and business plans, ensuring alignment with market conditions and growth objectives .
2. In charge and responsible for Strategic Management Division to translate strategy into actionable plans and lead company-wide operations, transformation initiatives, and performance management to deliver results, optimise resources, and ensure operational excellence.
3. In charge and responsible for the portfolio of Asset Management (Project Division, Strategic Business Division and Operations Support Division and any related functions) to ensure alignment to business strategies/plans and achieving set objectives/KPIs.
4. Support the CEO and leadership team by strengthening governance, compliance, and cross-functional alignment, while engaging key stakeholders to enable effective decision-making and sustainable growth.
5. Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor.

Education

Level of Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Major: Business Management, Economics, Strategic Management, Engineering, Facility Management or other related fields.

Preferred Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management or other related.

• Corporate Strategy & Strategic Planning - 15 years or above
• Business Transformation & Change Management - 15 years or above
• Operations & Performance Management - 15 years or above
