Job Summary

The Chief Transformation & Commercial Officer (CTCO) is responsible for driving PosBru’s transformation agenda and commercial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence. This executive role leads large-scale organizational change, optimizes commercial performance, and identifies new revenue streams.

Job Description

  • Lead the development, implementation, and periodic review of PosBru's corporate strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and transformation agenda.
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive performance management framework, including balanced scorecards, KPIs, and performance dashboards for all functions and departments.
  • Facilitate the annual strategic planning process, including goal setting, resource allocation, and initiative prioritization in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor organizational performance against strategic objectives, preparing regular performance reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Identify performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities, working with cross-functional teams to develop corrective action plans.
  • Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities within the postal and logistics sector.
  • Coordinate the cascade of corporate KPIs into departmental and individual performance targets, ensuring alignment with PosBru's values and operational priorities.
  • Manage strategic projects and transformation initiatives, tracking milestones, budgets, and outcomes to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate strategy review sessions, town halls, and performance workshops to drive accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation team to integrate performance metrics into change management initiatives and digital transformation programs.

Required Functional Competencies

  • Proven expertise in leading large-scale transformation programs in a corporate or public-sector environment
  • Strong commercial strategy development and execution skills with a track record of revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, process optimization, and customer experience enhancement
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities with experience managing senior executives
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance metrics

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in transformation, commercial strategy, or operational leadership roles.
  • At least 8 years in a senior executive position, preferably within logistics, postal services, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
