Compliance Apprentice [i-Ready]
The Compliance Apprentice will be responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance documentation
- Conduct risk assessments and identify control gaps
- Track and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in internal audits preparation and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure policies and controls are effectively implemented
- Provide support for compliance reporting, training, and awareness initiatives
- Assist in the ongoing monitoring and enhancement of internal compliance processes

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Economics, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit, including internships will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, data protection principles or governance frameworks is preferred
Specialised Skills/Knowledge/Attribute Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong documentation and reporting skills
- Experience with compliance, audit, or risk tracking tools is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret policies and procedures
