Position Summary
The Corporate Manager oversees the strategic management and daily operations of the Corporate Department, which encompasses three key units: Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, and Procurement. This role requires a strong legal background and a proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams. The Corporate Manager will ensure the efficient and effective functioning of these units, while aligning their activities with the overall organizational strategy and goals.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the strategic vision and goals for the Corporate Department, ensuring alignment with the overall company objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals across the Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, and Procurement Units, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee critical functions within each unit, including:
- Human Resources: Recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations.
- Legal & Compliance: Managing legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and mitigating risk.
- Procurement: Sourcing and negotiating contracts with vendors, managing procurement processes, and controlling costs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that uphold the company's mission, values, and legal requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to other departments on human resources, legal, and procurement matters.
- Manage budget and resources effectively, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations within the department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, legal counsel, vendors, and government agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources, law, and procurement.
Education, Professional Qualification, Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in a corporate leadership role, preferably with exposure to the functions mentioned above.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership Human Resource role.
- Relevant professional certifications in HR, legal, or procurement are highly desirable.
