Job Summary

The Corporate Services Analyst will support the integrated management of property assets, facility operations, and HSSE programs. This role focuses on operational monitoring, data analysis, compliance tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze property, facility, and HSSE performance metrics (cost, utilization, safety KPIs).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking for facilities and HSSE programs.
  • Assist in vendor coordination, contract administration, and service delivery monitoring.
  • Maintain records for leases, maintenance, compliance, and HSSE documentation.
  • Support incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis.
  • Assist in risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance requirements.

Required Functional Competencies

Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma (ND) in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in property, facilities, or HSSE-related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of facility operations and HSSE standards.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel or equivalent tools).
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
