Job Description
Responsible for managing tenant maintenance requests via a dedicated hotline, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with relevant departments. They also handle data entry in REMS system, assist in report compilation and support tenant onboarding, move-out processes and front desk duties when needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Liaise with tenants through customers hotline phones on maintenance request and assistance required by tenants
2. Carry out prompt and proper coordination with departments to resolve issues within turnaround time
3. Ensure broadcast list and tenant contacts are updated in hotline phone
4. Prepare notices and broadcast to update tennants
5. To lodge all maintenance requests into the REMS system and monitor to ensure case is closed within expected timeframe
6. To generate reports as and when required
7. Carry out front desk duties when required and ensure calls (in reception) are attended to prompty (within 3 to 5 rings)
8. Contribute initiatives to enhance customer experience and overall customer satisfaction
9. Provide any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor

Level of Qualification - National Diploma
Area of Experience
Customer Service - Added advantage
Strong communication skills both verbally and written in Bahasa Melayu and English - Added advantage
Basic proficiency in Mandarin - Added advantage
