Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to service one of the national SalesCos/Wholesale partners covering all commercial items and orchestrate the interface to the customer. Selling of the UNN service offering portfolio via established strong customer relationships and driving the national customers for innovative and digital solutions.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Manages customer service and relationships with national SalesCo/Wholesale partners
  • Defines customer, sales and CRM strategies
  • Build strong partner relationship under Ethical Wall principles
  • Promotes and sells UNN's service portfolio to assigned partners
  • Leads monthly service reviews on commercial performance and KPIs
  • Handles customer escalations and contract negotiations
  • Ensures all orders and contracts are processed in the Ordering Management System (BSS)
  • Oversees rollout and welfare of Strategic Roadmap initiatives
  • Reviews and verifies partner product requests
  • Coordinates customer projects with Operations teams
  • Supports WIMM business activities and ad-hoc partner requests
  • Manages reconciliation of service and billing discrepancies
  • Gathers partner feedback and improves related processes
  • Coordinates all commercial activities with customers and internal teams
  • Manages presales project teams to design customer-specific solutions

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant areas and equivalent working experience.
