CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (1 Position)

This position will be reporting to Customer Service and Operations Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the role is to report to CSO Supervisor on all aspects of cargo services rendered to all customers, agents and other airlines for whom BIACC acts as Handling agents. This position is subject to rotation which is based on the requirements which the employee is assigned to.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• To provide high level customer service and solutions to customers when they are faced with cargo delivery related problems
• To provide efficient delivery of cargo to consignee and agents in a timely manner
• To ensure AHC is duly signed with customer official stamp before cargo is delivered to consignee or agents
• To conduct irregularity checks if cargo found damage, missing, pilfered and immediately raise Survey Report

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 GCSE O Levels or higher, preferably in English based subjects
• Working experience in logistics, customer service and warehouse management is an advantage
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication
• Able to work independently and multitask
• Good physical health and nil transportation issues
