Job Summary
As a Delivery Manager for the International Business domain, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, services, or products to our international clients. Responsibilities will include to ensure seamless coordination between cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and guarantee all projects meet international standards, timelines, and business goals. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and a strong understanding of cross-border business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project/Service Delivery:
- Ensure on-time, within-scope, and high-quality delivery of products/services to international clients.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between international clients and internal teams.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners across borders.
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Coordination & Leadership:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, operations) to meet delivery goals.
- Lead delivery teams, mentor project leads, and resolve team-related issues.
- Align team outputs with client needs and international business objectives.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously refine delivery processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Leverage tools, systems, and best practices to improve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Business Strategy Support:
- Collaborate with business development and regional teams to support market expansion.
- Provide input on delivery feasibility, cost estimates, and resource planning for new projects.
- Analyze project performance and contribute insights to strategic planning.
- KPI Monitoring:
- Develop and maintain a structured KPI framework to monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization across international deliveries.
- Analyze performance data to identify risks, delays, or inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Provide clear, data-driven reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in delivery execution.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal standards, international regulations, and contractual obligations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana).
Relevant Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in delivery/project management, preferably with international exposure.
- Proven experience leading cross-border teams and managing multi-country deliveries.
- Proven experience in project management and delivery, with a strong focus on KPI monitoring. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.
