Job Description

The main purpose of this role is the management of an attractive Digital Lab showing all relevant national and international stakeholder and customers innovative digital service and product solutions of UNN. The position holder is also responsible for the curation of innovative solutions for potential customers on new opportunities, benefits and efficiencies of the solution for them.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Curates, designs, and delivers compelling demonstrations of digital services, platforms, and ICT innovations in the Digital Services Lab, tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences including government, enterprise, and consumers
  • Defines and develops impactful concepts, stories, and use cases that illustrate the value, utility, and business relevance of digital innovations both internally and externally
  • Conducts sessions, workshops, and hands-on trainings for SalesCos, internal innovation drivers, and end-users to ensure they are equipped to utilize and adopt new digital technologies
  • Organizes and manages innovation-related activities such as workshops, roadshows, and exhibitions including the measurement of outcomes and alignment with broader digital transformation goals within the lab
  • Conceptualizes and continuously improves the visitor experience journey using storytelling, interactive demonstrations, and immersive environments to engage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Creates and delivers high-impact presentations, speeches, and communication materials to articulate the lab’s innovations and contributions to digital transformation in the Telco/ICT space
  • Champions a culture of digital innovation within the organization by promoting collaboration, fostering idea-sharing, and marketing the lab’s initiatives across physical and digital channels
  • Leads visitors and stakeholders through explorations of digital trends, emerging technologies, and strategic foresight to position the lab as a thought leader and innovation enabler
  • Provides ongoing operational and organizational support in designing, upgrading, and maintaining the lab infrastructure, tools, and governance framework
  • Works closely with business units, product teams, technology partners, and external innovators to co-develop and test prototypes, validate new ideas, and accelerate go-to-market readiness
  • Establishes and maintains frameworks for measuring the effectiveness and business impact of showcased innovations and lab activities and collects feedback, tracks engagement metrics, and implements continuous improvements to enhance the lab’s relevance, user experience, and strategic alignment

Area and Years of Experience

  • Working in ICT industry or equivalent with 3 years of experience
  • Extensive knowledge of digital products and services/solutions/innovations with 3 years of experience
  • Managing customer-oriented service organisation with 3 years of experience

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Marketing, Management, Telecommunication, Computer Science, ICT, Business Information Systems or relevant areas and equivalent working experience.
