Job Title:  Enterprise Application Administrator

Job Description

To manage and ensure UNN Enterprise Applications to be accessible and highly available, UNN Enterprise Applications include of Manage Engine Service Desk Plus MSP and Manage Engine Endpoint Central. Additionaly to onboard new service catalogue and incident template in Manage Engine Service Desk MSP Plus, on monthly basis Application Administrator provide reports to all stakeholders. 

Deployed devices are restricted from being installed with non-compliance application and software, the policies are created and deployed by Application Administrator through Manage Engine Endpoint Central. 

Application Administrator ensures that endpoint devices are protected and encrypted with Trend Micro Apex One, while servers are protected with Trend Micro Deep Security. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Application Administrator tasks on Manage Engine Service Desk MSP Plus includes of:

- Onboarding of new service catalog/incident template in Manage Engine Service Desk MSP Plus. Starting from requirement gathering, template design, rules configuration, testing with service owner, UAT and hand over to owner.
- Organize User Acceptance Test once new service catalog/incident template are onboarded in Manage Engine Service Desk Plus MSP.

• Continuous improvement for service request/incident template, this includes of:

- To ensure all the utilize fields is in use, this is because fields limitation in Manage Engine Service Desk MSP Plus (50 common fields and 90 incident fields)
- Engaging service owner to improve the onboarded service request/incident template.

• Application team mostly works with multiple domain by providing:

- Generate reports and share to service owner on monthly basis. 
- Provide training on ticket creation and start to end process on attend created ticket.
- Provides support and guideline for user.
- Train users on how to add, edit and delete contract and invoice in Contract and Invoice Module.

• Responsible for conducting quarterly User Access Reviews on Enterprise Applications

- To ensure all active access for verified users (SalesCos and direct sales customers)
- User account housekeeping; to remove dormant accounts, test accounts and out of scope user accounts
- License housekeeping; to ensure license are allocated to active users and laptops.

• Policy deployment through Manage Engine Endpoint Central

- Create policy for white list and non compliance application for IT devices.
- Automate device update policy once a month.
- Create policy to stop any attempt of accessing harmful websites/URLs.

• Ensuring UNN devices and servers is protected with Trend Micro ensuites, this includes of

- Protecting UNN devices with Trend Micro Apex One Anti Virus 
- Automate apex one agent build version update on UNN devices
- Deploy policy from accessing harmful websites
- Securing UNN devices with BitLocker Key
- Installing Deep Security Agent on P1, P2 and P3 servers to ensure UNN protected from vulnerabilities.

• Oversee and manage Enterprise Application Systems

- Cerberus FTP

• Responsible for ensuring Enterprise IT Contracts are up to date

- Set Renewal date for all contracts to ensure stakeholders are informed on their incoming expiry.

• Assist team lead in the the planning and raising change request for upgrading patches for outdated version of application systems.

• Responsible for securing and deploying SSL and TLS Certificate to all UNN Applications where applicable

- To secure web-based applications with SSL/TLS certificate
- Working closely with Workspace Management to secure user access via Active Directory integration.

• 1 to 1 session with team lead to share struggle and knowledge sharing.
