Job Title:  Enterprise Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Enterprise Product Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing IT solutions, shaping and delivering high-quality, scalable, and robust enterprise solutions to meet the strategic objectives of the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, technology trends, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with business goals, encompassing both software and hardware components.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and contribute to the development of IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks that best fit the enterprise’s needs, considering factors such as scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Integration: Design and oversee the integration of various systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance
• Standards Compliance: Enforce adherence to architectural standards and guidelines, promoting consistency and efficiency across the IT landscape.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to solution architecture, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business units, to foster collaboration and achieve shared objectives.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution architectures, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines.
• Evaluation and Recommendations:
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption based on the enterprise’s needs
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, providing insights into their potential impact on the organization.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and delivery expectations.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, application integration, and relevant programming languages.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues and provide innovative solutions.

Relevant Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an enterprise IT solutions architect in an enterprise environment with a track record of successfully designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, such as TOGAF or equivalent, are highly desirable.
