Job Summary
The Executive will assist across the full spectrum of human capital functions, including recruitment and onboarding, learning & development, total rewards, performance management, employee engagement, and Human Capital operations. The role exists to ensure these functions are delivered efficiently and effectively, providing dependable support and contributing to a positive employee experience while enabling business performance.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ideally, exposure or training in HR generalist or human capital practices.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in human resources or human capital roles (or equivalent), ideally in a generalist capacity.
- Experience assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training programmes, benefits administration or other HR functions.
- Good understanding of HR fundamentals (recruitment, development, rewards, performance and training).
- Solid communication, interpersonal skills and ability to engage with staff at various levels.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time and ensure accuracy in execution.
- Initiative and willingness to do hands-on work as needed, with adaptability to changing business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities and the onboarding process, including job posting, candidate screening coordination, interview scheduling, offer letters, orientation and induction.
- Support learning & development initiatives: coordinate training sessions, logistics, follow-up, and help track participation and outcomes.
- Assist with total rewards activities: help administer benefits programmes, recognition and rewards processes, and support data-gathering for compensation/benefits benchmarking.
- Support performance management and talent development processes: help coordinate performance review cycles, training needs assessments, and succession planning activities.
- Maintain HR operations and administration: update HR systems, maintain accurate employee records, generate regular HR metrics and reports.
- Support employee engagement and culture initiatives: assist with communication campaigns, team events, surveys, and follow-up actions to enhance the employee experience.
- Provide general human capital support across functional areas as needed, stepping into tasks across recruitment, rewards, development, employee relations and Human Capital policy administration.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in Human Capital and across functional areas to ensure smooth delivery of Human Capital processes, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Keep up-to-date with HR practices, labour legislation and company policies to ensure compliance and good practice.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for employee training programmes, including coordination of schedules, venue arrangements, training materials, participant registration, and communication with training providers and employees to ensure smooth execution of training activities.
