Job Title: Executive - Application Support

Position Overview
Responsible for providing Software Applications Support and maintenance and resolve issues to ensure tickets, queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Support users on resolving all issues related to software applications
- Work with product team to raise product bug fixes or enhancement requests
- Initial level of debugging and resolution
- Understanding of software implementation lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Managing both internal and external communications for scheduled maintenance & outages
- Follow up on open requests and ensure timely resolution within defined SLA
- Inform users on appropriate action on Software Applications
- Document customer requests & Monitor open tickets and take appropriate action
- Identify and escalate problems to appropriate resources in a timely manner
- Ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard
- Coordinate with Infrastructure teams on events of patching & up gradation of servers
