FINANCE SUPERVISOR (1 Position)

This position will be reporting to Finance Officer. The primary responsibility of the role is to perform professional level accounting including verification, reconciliation and financial recordkeeping activities.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• To perform daily data entry function of revenue, expenditure and journal entries into SAP
• To prepare invoices, official receipts and payment vouchers
• To evaluate records for accuracy of balances, posting, calculations and other records pertaining to business or operating transactions and reconciliation
• Responsible for maintenance of general ledger

Requirements:

• HND or university degree in Accounting and Finance or any related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance or related role. Experience in SAP FI modules and advanced Excel functions are advantages
• Good understanding of accounting principles with practical experience in financial transactions, reconciliations and reporting
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
