Job Description
Responsible for maintaining the full life cycle of OSS/BSS process focusing on fullfilment process, and workflows including process improvement to UNN's OSS and BSS systems in compliance with the UNN policies and guidelines and in line with industry best practices, agreements & local law.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Understands, evaluates, monitors, tests, implements, troubleshoots, resolves incidents/problems, documents and maintains one or more of the OSS/BSS applications such as Order Management, Provisioning, Inventory
- Implements and tests fulfilment process for fixed and mobile network services and other related aspects in OSS/BSS which includes end-to-end business process, product life cycle, system integration and reporting
- Proactively assists in defining the strategic direction for future projects
- Exercises strong technical and analytical skills in resolving matters of moderate complexity
- Supports lead in defining strategic direction for future projects
- Collaborates with technical teams to ensure proper system integration
- Works closely with vendors to tune and troubleshoot problems
- Communicates changes on upgrades/maintenance, new services, ensuring business operations will operate correctly in current and future environments
- Provides contact point/knowledge base for customer managers, in all aspects for administration and support as required
- Supports the lead in monitoring and tracking applications training programs
- Responds to requests received in a timely and accurate manner
- Strictly follows the UNN business processes
- Oversees applications training programs and consultancy

- Knowledge and experience in application vendors management
- ITIL Certification - Incident, Problem, Change, License and Contract Management Procedures, ISO/IEC 20000

Area and Years of Experience
- Application Management with 7 years of experience
- Complex OSS/BSS/ESS solutions in a national carrier environment with 7 years of experience
- IT Governance, ITIL processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management), Supplier Management, IT Security and Risk Management with 5 years of experience
- Managing vendor contracts, software licensing, and third-party service providers with 5 years of experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions with 5 years of experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant areas and equivalent working experience.
