Job Overview

Responsible to lead and manage all aspects of the organization from Strategic planning to operations management to support services such as HR, Finance, Legal, and IT under Armada Management Services (AMS)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize facility operations.

2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities under management, ensuring they run smoothly.

3. Develop and implement operational plans to meet organizational goals.

4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve efficiency.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

6. Collaborate with clients to identify and implement solutions that align with their business objectives.

7. Business Development and Sales.

8. Develop and manage the budget for facility operations.

9. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial goals are met.

10. Oversee maintenance programs to ensure that facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

11. Coordinate repairs and renovations as needed, addressing issues promptly and cost-effectively.

12. Ensure that facilities comply with applicable regulations.

13. Establish HSSE policies & procedures and implement them to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.

14. Oversee facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations.

15. Implement and integrate technology tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

16. Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.

17. Identify and implement energy-efficient practices and technologies.

18. Communicate effectively and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Education

Level of Qualification - Bachelor's Degree

Major - Facilities Management, Engineering or other related field

Preferred Professional Certification - Facility Management Professional, Certified Facility Manager, Project Management Professional, Procurement and Supply Chain Certifications.

Area of Experience

Facilities Management, Contracts Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Management & Business Management - 8 years or above

Leadership and Management - 2 years or above
