Job Title: HR Business Partner

Position Overview
Implementing the HR Business Partnering and create work plans using best practices to promote business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
- Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management & HRMS support
- Perform ongoing organization analysis and implement change management programs driven from the business needs and challenges in partnership with the Business Unit
- Execute on talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
- Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year
- Integrate and partner in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to implement solutions and help scale the business
- Work closely with our Business Unit stake holders, supporting employee relations issues as needed
- Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
- Facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed
- Responsible entire employee lifecycle management
- Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community
