Position Summary
As the HR Manager, you will lead the strategic management and daily operations of the Human Resources function. You will ensure the efficient and effective functioning of all HR activities, aligning them with the overall organizational strategy and goals.
The HR Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic vision and goals for the Human Resources department, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee critical Human Resources functions, including:

- Recruitment: Developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and ensuring the attraction of top talent.

- Compensation & Benefits: Designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs.

- Training & Development: Identifying training needs, developing learning programs, and fostering employee growth and career development.

- Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Review, maintain and implement HR policies and procedures that uphold the company's mission, values, and comply with all relevant legal requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to other departments on human resources matters.
- Manage the HR budget and resources effectively, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations within the department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and employees.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Human Resources.

Education, Professional Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and/or a related field;
- 7 - 10 years of progressive working experience in Human Resources, preferably in leadership roles.
- Relevant professional certification(s) in HR (eg. CIPD) is/are an added advantage.
