Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, which encompasses lead generation, lead qualifications, sales presentations, technology demonstrations, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations/signing, revenue generation, and account receivables.
- Develop strategies for business development that are consistent with the overarching organizational strategy.
- Build, mentor, and manage Business Development team, providing clear goals, feedback, and performance management to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain critical customer relationships and devise and execute strategies to broaden the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales management, marketing, prospects, partners, and industry influencers.
- Deeply understand the unique dynamics of the Brunei market, identifying growth opportunities and tailoring the approaches for maximum impact.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers and opportunities.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Sales Operations/Business Development.
Hands-on, driven B2B salesperson from the IT/ITES/Fintech would be preferred.
