Job Description
Responsible for Revenue (Business) and Local Business Development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the company’s business development, sales and growth strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and lead day-to-day business development, sales, and marketing operations to achieve revenue, occupancy, and asset performance targets, while monitoring KPIs and implementation progress.
- Support senior management by providing performance insights, market updates, and recommendations, while leading negotiations and building strong relationships with partners, tenants, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor

Level of Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Major: Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Management or other related field
Preferred Certification: Certification in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Project Management or other related.
Area of Experience
- Experience in property, real estate, facilities management - 11 years or above
- Financial & Budget Management - 8 years or above
- People Leadership & Team Development - 11 years or above
