Job Description

This role is responsible for shaping impactful corporate communication strategies and implementing communication initiatives which helps to manage the company's reputation; build public trust in the company's brand and technological leadership; and foster positive relationships with stakeholders in support of efforts to deliver corporate KPI(s), the organization's vision, values and business objectives.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Develops and enforces communication policies to ensure responsible internal and external messaging aligned with business goals

  • Leads corporate branding and work with Legal to protect the Company’s brand and identity

  • Monitors social media and news to assess public sentiment and guide reputation management efforts

  • Manages public image through communication plans, media engagement, storytelling, and awareness events

  • Serves on the Crisis Management Team and maintains the Crisis Communications Plan for major incidents

  • Manages the Company’s digital presence, including website and social media content

  • Prepares regular internal newsletters and bulletins to keep employees informed and build transparency

  • Supports SMT and CEO communications by organizing workshops, townhalls, and staff engagement sessions

  • Provides event coverage and reporting to highlight Company activities and strengthen stakeholder engagement

  • Sets communication KPIs and provide regular PR and communications performance reports to Shareholders

  • Manages the communications budget for media, campaigns, CSR, sponsorships, employee engagement, and events

  • Leads and develops a creative communications team; provide mentoring, direction, and goal-setting

  • Identifies team skill gaps and implements training and succession plans

Education
