HEAD OF FINANCE (1 Position)

This position will be reporting to Acting General Manager. The primary responsibility of the role is to play a leading role in Finance Division by effectively undertake all aspects of financial management.

 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support long-term organisational goals and provide expert guidance to leadership.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure audit readiness
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance
  • Drive cost efficiency, evaluate investment opportunities, and collaborate with external stakeholders to support business objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 10–15 years in senior financial roles, with proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or business; advanced qualifications such as an MBA, CPA, CFA, or ACCA are preferred.
  • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance with IFRS or similar standards.
  • Strong decision-making, team leadership, and change management skills, with experience managing financial restructuring or cost optimisation.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to boards, regulators, and external partners effectively.
  • High ethical standards, transparency, and alignment with organisational culture and goals.
