Job Title:  Head of Partnership & Sales

Job Summary

 

We are seeking a results-oriented Head of Partnership & Sales to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion across consumer and enterprise segments. This role will own the sales performance agenda, build strong distributor and channel partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver aggressive revenue, market share, and profitability growth.
  • Translate corporate objectives into actionable sales plans across consumer and enterprise segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customer segments, and cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
  • Provide insights on pricing, channel incentives, and product-market fit to accelerate adoption.

 

Channel & Distributor Management

  • Ensure product distribution and availability across all distributor and retail sales channels.
  • Manage distributor relationships, negotiate agreements, and enforce compliance with performance targets.
  • Oversee trade marketing, promotional execution, and point-of-sale excellence to drive sell-through.

 

Sales Operations & Execution

  • Drive consistent sales execution standards across teams and geographies.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reviews to ensure accountability.
  • Implement structured reporting and KPI tracking to monitor pipeline health, conversion, and revenue targets.

 

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Strengthen customer relationships to increase loyalty, reduce churn, and grow repeat business.
  • Work closely with distributors and sales teams to improve onboarding, service quality, and retention.
  • Leverage customer insights to shape sales strategies and engagement initiatives.

 

People Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver and exceed targets.
  • Build a winning sales culture focused on accountability, ownership, and results.
  • Drive capability building through structured training, mentoring, and performance management.

Skills & Competencies

 

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Relevant Experiences & Qualifications

 

  • Local or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role is preferred.
