Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized training programs specifically tailored for armed forces personnel and security personnel, based on client needs, industry trends, and learning objectives.
- Ensure that training programs are aligned with both the client’s operational goals and the latest industry standards relevant to military and security training.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external clients in the defense and security sectors, managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with training services.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to fully understand their training requirements and develop targeted training solutions for armed forces and security personnel.
- Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of training sessions, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently to support military and security operations.
- Ensure the cost-effective delivery of training programs while maintaining high quality and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor expenses and report on financial performance related to training initiatives.
- Develop proposals and presentations for new training opportunities in the armed forces and security sectors.
- Track market trends within the defense and security industries to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Manage the professional development of the training team, ensuring they remain up-to-date with the latest learning methodologies and technologies applicable to military and security training.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on the performance of training services to senior management, with a focus on outcomes relevant to armed forces and security personnel.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to training for armed forces and security personnel, ensuring alignment with business goals.
