Job Title:  I-Ready Junior Procurement Pharmacist

Job Summary

Responsible for processing and supporting the purchase of pharmaceutical and medical items in compliance with cost, quality, and delivery targets. The role ensures all procurement data, documentation, and transactions are accurate and timely while maintaining effective coordination with the Warehouse, Inventory, and Quality Control teams.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Process procurement requests for pharmaceutical and medical items in line with approved cost, quality, and delivery standards.
• Verify incoming purchase demands from the Warehouse for accuracy and completeness; coordinate with the inventory team for clarifications or supporting details when required.
• Maintain procurement data and records, including purchase transactions, supplier details, product pricing, and Master Status updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and assist in tendering processes in accordance with company procurement procedures.
• Track consignments and shipments closely and coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure timely receipt and inspection of goods.
• Update and process procurement transactions through the SAP system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support compliance with procurement and quality policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
