Job Title: ICT Lead I

Job purpose
The ICT Lead is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of the company’s information and communication technology systems. This role covers hardware, software, network infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity. The ICT Lead ensures uninterrupted and secure IT operations to support business continuity in the printing company and supervises the team to deliver efficient support services.
Main Outcomes / Key Results
1. Maintain uptime for all critical business systems, including printing software, company network and email servers
2. Provide timely and effective support to clients and company
3. Develop and execute ICT plans aligned with company goals
4. Implement and maintain cybsersecurity protocols to protect company data and systems
Process/Technical Function and Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware (servers, workstations, printers, etc) and software.
- Manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data.
- Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Manage and monitor firewalls, antivirus software, and other security systems.
- Provide support for technical issue and escalate complex problems to external vendors when necessary.
- Provide use training and manual for software usage, security awareness and best practices.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external party in matters pertaining to ICT.
- Oversee procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of ICT needs.
- Manage and maintain inventory of ICT related hardware, softwares. licenses and accessories not out of stock or expired.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Assist Line Manager to prepare and manage ICT budget planning.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Performs any other duties assigned by Line Manager/Management from time to time.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computing or
HND (BDQF Level 5) with minimum 3 years in technical field (system and network administration, IT support service) - Microsoft (Windows Server/365/Azure Administrator), CompTIA Network+ / Security+, ITIL Foundation or equivalent
