Job Description

To provide support and assistance to the International Carrier Manager (Data) on the daily enquiries coming from international data wholesale customers/partners for both existing and future services. The position holder is also responsible for ensuring that customer-related records (including but not limited to billing and service details, agreements, sales progress) are kept up-to-date and ready for execution and/or immediate reference.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Responsible for keeping the international data wholesale customer database current and up-to-date, including progress of sales opportunities, contract details, service details etc., whether through electronic or physical platform, including systems
  • Responsible for contract creation or updates to International Billing & Settlement team on any new service ready for billing, change of billing details, or terminated services for cessation of billing in a timely manner so that billing can be executed according to schedule
  • Coordinates with Legal team and CEO Office on the issuance of Service Order Forms and/or Master Service Agreements and ensuring that these documents are in the acceptable formatting for sign-off by authorised signatories
  • Interfaces with the customer on the issuance of Service Order and Service Request Forms for installation of new services, upgrades, terminations etc., including ensuring that each document is properly filled in, signed and stamped (where applicable) and that these documents are properly filed (electronically and/or physically) for the team's ease of reference
  • Coordinates with relevant stakeholders (i.e. Operations team, Billing team, Planning team etc.) to ensure that any service request from the customer is executed in a timely manner e.g. Termination of service requiring notice to Billing team and Operations team etc.
  • Prepares proposals and presentations for the customer, including the collation of required information such as network diagram, product/service information, internally agreed prices etc.
  • Provides assistance to other members of the International Data team on ad-hoc basis and only when required, including arranging and coordinating for stamp duty on executed contracts and agreements, creation of customer profiles and contracts in the billing system for invoice issuance, extraction of system-generated reports etc.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business and Information Management or relevant areas and equivalent working experience.
