Job Description

The International Product Manager is responsible for the development, management and growth on international wholesale business product portfolio to global markets. Their primary objective is to drive revenue growth and ensure competitive differentiation by delivering customer-centric solutions. They leverage market insights, industry trends, and cross-functional and organisational collaboration to optimize product portfolios, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the company’s strategic international expansion efforts.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Develops and executes comprehensive product strategies for international wholesale telecommunications services
  • Conducts market research and competitive business analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer needs
  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to design, launch, and optimize international wholesale telecommunications products and services
  • Defines detailed product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Manages the entire product lifecycle, from inception to market rollout and ongoing enhancement ensuring profitability and ensuring documented product descriptions are in place
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key international and regional carriers, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Monitors product performance, analyzes market trends, and adjusts strategies to maximize profitability and market share
  • Leads pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to attract and retain wholesale customers - product launch events
  • Prepares, delivers and assesses business case justification, presentations, reports, and business cases for executive stakeholders
  • Provides technical and commercial support to sales teams to facilitate customer onboarding and retention
  • Drives market development and customer engagements to educate & accelerate adoption jointly with sales team, partners and ecosystem (sales kick-off) reflecting approved business plan targets
  • Understands market gaps, build solution knowledge and value proposition for targeted customer segment and evangelizes the new product offering internally and externally to drive awareness and pipeline - applicable to our context
  • Ensures compliance with international telecommunications regulations and standards

Education

Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Telecommunication or relevant areas and equivalent working experience.
