Job Summary

We are opening multiple Junior Associate positions across various departments within the organization, including Business Development, IT, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse Inventory Management, and HSE. Job Description

Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Support client relationship management efforts, including documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.

 

Information & Technology

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for staff.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides.
  • Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and compliance checks.

 

Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with internal policies.
  • Help prepare financial statements and regulatory reports.
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and process invoices/payments.

 

Purchasing, Tender & Administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of procurement documents and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for purchasing and administrative matters.

 

Procurement

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with procurement processes, including requests for quotations and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
  • Maintain procurement records and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics teams for procurement needs.

 

Inventory

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory tracking, reconciliation, and management.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of medical products.
  • Optimize warehouse processes and space utilization.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for inventory replenishment.

 

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing workplace safety programs and audits.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend safety measures.
  • Support incident investigations and reporting.
  • Assist in organizing safety training and emergency preparedness initiatives.

Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Mathematics, Science, Sociology, Finance, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, HSE, etc.).

1-2 years of working experience (preferred but not mandatory).
