• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to facilitate smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Help coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisals.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
• Support HR projects related to workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to enhance HR operations.
