Job Title:  Junior Project Engineer (I-Ready)

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities, not limited to: (Job scope, Purpose and contacts) 

•    Assist Lead – Project Management to prepare, schedule, monitor and coordinate the assigned engineering projects
•    Performs related work as required.
•    Establish specifications for projects based on a thorough review of performance standards, client requirements and product design;
•    Prepare tender documentations and tender evaluation criteria;
•    Maintain and assist Lead – Project Management with preparation of contracts and project documentations
•    Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at project site.
•    Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
•    Collect and analyze project information to create status reports and recommend future actions;
•    Reviews contractor change order proposals for accuracy of quantities, conformance with contract documents and scope of work
•    Ensure work activities are in accordance with established rules and regulations, policies and procedures and guidelines
•    Prepares cost estimates, quotations and tender bids.
•    Advises Manager of work in progress, operating problems and actual or potential delays.
•    Performs related work as assigned.
