Job Summary
You will be assisting the Legal Counsel and the Company Secretary in every aspects of the job scope of the Legal Department.
Job Description
- Preparing, managing, and safe-keeping of all records; minutes, and resolutions of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, and the Company's Shareholders.
- Preparing, managing, and safe-keeping of all contracts and legal documents and files.
- Preparing and drafting letters and other corporate or regulatory records.
- Providing administrative support and assistance by receiving, reviewing, and filing bills and payments.
- Assist with meeting preparations and materials and draft minutes of meetings.
- Assist with contract preparations, drafting, reviewing, and negotiations.
- Assist with internal policy formation, drafting, review, and implementation.
- Assists with regular internal audits to review workflows and practices for improvement.
- Supports and works closely with the Legal Manager in all other legal and corporate secretarial work.
- May be assigned any other dutires of work as and when required
