Job Summary
As part of the Legal and Compliance Department team, to provide assistance to Senior Legal and Compliance Administrator on support services such as making copies of documents, setting meetings, responding to queries and dispatching documents. Ensure that the department’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update filing systems, registers, or records, including contract trackers, registers and document logs.
- Monitor deadlines for regulatory filings or compliance obligations and support follow-up actions.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g. Government authorities) when required.
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and reviewing basic legal and compliance-related documents.
- Perform routine clerical duties, such as filing, compiling and/or posting records, printing and photocopying.
- Help to undertake basic research activities for associates, such as searching for and compiling of information, by navigating through various search tools like internet, public records, archives, books and internal files.
- Dispatching documents and making deliveries where necessary.
- Assist in various tasks such as arranging meetings (including ensuring meeting room are in order), travel, logistics, etc.
- Responsible for complying and exemplifying information security requirements defined by DA in its policies and procedures.

- Work with accuracy and strong attention to details.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive documents.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Good professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work with office software programmes including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, etc.
Minimum Requirement
National Diploma in Business Administration or in equivalent field. Has 1 or 2 years working experience in clerical and administrative related position.
