Job Title:  Manager, Enterprise Architecture & Technical Planning

Job Summary

To lead the development, implementation and governance of Imagine’s enterprise architecture (EA) and technical planning functions, 
ensuring IT systems, platforms and roadmaps align with the company’s strategic and innovation objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in related IT field.
• At least 2 years experience in leadership role in IT management overseeing teams or key projects.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic IT and innovation plans.
• Strong understanding with telecommunications regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to define and enforce Enterprise architecture frameworks
• Skill in developing long term IT strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Strong capability in system architecture, solution design and technical review processes.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure & system integration.

Job Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Architecture Governance:
a. Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and frameworks.
b. Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure, applications, data, and integration layers with business strategies.
2. Technology Roadmapping:
a. Develop and maintain long-term technology roadmaps to support business growth and digital transformation.
b. Evaluate emerging technologies for strategic relevance and implementation feasibility.
3. Architecture Design & Review:
a. Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership for new initiatives.
b. Lead solution assessments, design reviews, and technical planning processes.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration (Includes support of other imagine’s vertical ie, SOC and IT Operations)
a. Engage stakeholders across IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless architectural execution.
b. Act as a key liaison for IT planning with finance, strategy, and innovation teams.
5. IT Standards & Risk Management:
a. Promote standardization, scalability, and security across enterprise systems.
b. Support IT risk assessments and ensure architecture compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., CIS, ISO 27001).
6. Documentation & Knowledge Management:
a. Maintain architectural documentation, technical blueprints, and planning records.
b. Facilitate architecture governance forums and architecture review boards.
