Job Title:  Manager, Project

Job Description

Responsible to lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, technical performance, procurement, HSE and compliance, through effective team leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead full project lifecycle delivery for assigned projects from initiation to close-out.
  2. Define and manage project scope, site measurement validation, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
  3. Oversee preparation and review of procurement documents (RFQ, EOI, tender documents, BoQ, contract documents, timelines). Lead or oversee tender evaluation, interviews, and recommendation reports for approval committees.
  4. Manage stakeholder coordination with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  5. Provide technical leadership during design and construction stages, applying analytical problem-solving across building and refurbishment works.
  6. Ensure implementation of HSE policies and procedures on site, promoting compliance and safe execution.
  7. Oversee QA/QC implementation, ensuring works meet required technical and quality standards.
  8. Manage cost control, budget tracking, progress claims verification, and variation management.
  9. Lead multidisciplinary teams, assigning and supervising daily work of Assistant Managers and engineers.
  10. Monitor project performance and manage risks (technical, cost, schedule, HSE) with mitigation actions.
  11. Present project progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  12. Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, cost performance, and quality outcomes.
  13. Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor.

Education

Level of Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Major: Engineering / Building Services / Quantity Surveying or other related fields

Area of Experience

  • End-to end project delivery management - 8 years or above
  • Building Construction, planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost control - 8 years or above
  • Stakeholder, contractor, consultant and vendor management - 8 years or above
  • HSE and QA/QC system implementation - 8 years or above
  • Procurement, Tender Management and contract administration - 8 years or above
  • Leadership / Supervisory Role - 5 years or above
